login script

Ok I'm trying to modify a container login script, I keep getting a -128
error (an attempt was made to open or create a file that is already
open). How do I fix this....User's login scripts may be hung, is that
what is causing this.. Is there a work around?....

LOAD MONITOR and check the connection list.
It should list login script files being opened by a
connection, clear such connection.
