AFAIK, it's been deprecated ages ago. But "nwlogin" and "map" are still available and work. What are you trying to accomplish?

I want to migrate the gw data from server A to server B with dbcopy on Linux.

For now i have got the ncpmount from opensuse running on oes2018 so it can work.

I only get an error on not able to update mtab, but so be it.

Some thinks are more simpel then ever:

Proof is in the /opt/novell/ncl/bin directory

nwlogin -s MYSERVER -u MYUSER -c MYCONTEXT -t MYTREE -p MYPASSWOD

# map volume data on server1 to /mnt/data
nwmap -d /mnt/data -s server1 -v data

Just to mention: i'd really opt against running dbcopy via ncpfs. I'm sure other folks would agree. Unless you can really make sure that the copied data is binary equal to the source (which is not easy as the source likely holds "living" data) i'd avoid ncpfs these days at any cost.

@twslex3

I know I'm a bit late into this discussion but there are a number of issues about which we must be aware when accessing live GroupWise data for a migration. Have a look at this article I wrote that examines this issue in detail.
