no iFolderServerName attribute?

Hi - Trying to use ifolder for the first time on a 6.5 server. When I try
to log in with a client the server console displays:
LOCATE_SERVER username unprovisioned user

The management confirms the user is enabled, the contexts are correct etc.

I have checked the various tids and 10078411 refers to console one user
attributes - when I check these there is no iFolderServerName attribute
for any users and it does not appear in the list for adding?

Any help appreciated.

Did you go into global settings first? That creates the objects.
