"Invalid Password" message on startup

A few of our iFolder 2.1.2 users (our iFolder server is SLES8/NNLS1) are
reporting that they receive an "invalid password" message from the
iFolder client on startup. They typed the correct password on their
previous iFolder login and have the save password box checked.

Any ideas as to what I should check to troubleshoot this error?

Thanks in advance!

Re: "Invalid Password" message on startup

Are these users on Windows, and sharing a PC among several users?

I'm having the same issue. Was there a fix to this?

My iFolder server is running SLES8 and iFolder 2.1.2. My workstation is
Win XP Pro SP2.

Thanks,
