rsync xattr syncronisation

rsync with option -aX or -ap must synchronise xattr. If we execute first synchronisation - all xattrs are been synchronized. But if we delete some trustees fore some objects, and then execute synchronization, rsync won't delete trustee on the target folder.

Re: rsync xattr syncronisation

What other options are you using?

I'm just wondering if you need to use the --delete as well?

Re: rsync xattr syncronisation

I use "rsync -avX --del".
The new rights are added. If the rights have been remote on a source on the receiver they won't be remote.
