user is unable to change password

We have SLES 11 SP4 + OES 2015 SP1 and client on windows is Client for Open Enterprise Server 2 SP4 (IR10). When the users goes to change his password on Windows 10 workstation, he is seeing an error message
" The new password fails policy on FASTENERS
NMAS:cryptographic service failure"

To add: We are able to change password from iManager Workstation client from Windows for any user.

Hi srinivaskv,

This forum is for NetWare issues and would normally be monitored only by members having NetWare skills. Since you are running OES 2015 SP1, you should ask OES Linux related questions in one of the OES: Linux forums.

There is also a forum dedicated to issues involving the OES Client. If you start a new thread in that forum you are more likely to find the help you need.
