username or password is invalid

On my Windows workstation I can get my iFolder client account
setup and syncing, but as soon as I reboot the workstation and
the client loads I get a popup box:
"The username or password is invalid. Please verify the information
entered and try again."

And, of course, my username and password haven't changed. I can
login via the web interface with the same username and password.

Also, I have found that if I delete the "account" and recreate it with
the same info then everything works, until the next reboot.

help! Please!
Thanks!

One other thing to note, when I first create the account, the ifolder
client tells me "Your password has expired. You have -1 grace logins
remaining."

Which is also, not true.

Another follow-up to myself here.
One of the guys on my team found that iFolder doesn't work with .net 2.0.
iFolder must have .net 1.x. He uninstalled .net 2.0, installed .net 1.x and
he no longer gets the error that I listed above.

BUT, and here's the kicker, the 70mb download for the iFolder client comes
packaged with.... wait for it... .net 2.0!!! sweet. It comes prepackaged
with a .net version that it explicitly states it doesn't work with.
Nice!

7.2.4 The Windows Client Does Not Support .NET 2.0 Framework

The iFolder client for Windows does not support the .NET 2.0 Framework. The
client requires the latest .NET 1.1 Framework to be installed on the
machine.

Your link points to documentation concerning the iFolder 3.2 client,
which did use .NET 1.1. The iFolder 3.6 clients are packaged with and
use .NET 2.0. For your other question, check the data integrity of the
user settings iFolder creates in your profile and make sure something
isn't happening to that data between reboots. Look here:

c:\documents and settings\profile\local settings\application data\simias
