x306 Sata HostRaid can´t find partition

Hi,
please i need your help one more time.Very fast!!

As i told, we have an x306 server with 2 Sata disk in raid 1.
All managed by intern Sata HostRaid from IBM.

So if i start the x306, ideata and aarichi will start!
So i see the Raid device, but no partitions!

Only when i start the aaichid, i see both disk, with 3 partition each.
How could it be?
What can i do, to get the partitons back for the raid device?
I ´d like to trouch the server out of window.

If you have an idee for me, please tell me.

Big thanks for your help again

Bye

Re: x306 Sata HostRaid can´t find partition

Not clear to me here -- if you don't load ideata then you can see the
drives? From that it sounds like you need to not have IDEATA load.

Is this a new install here?

Which service pack?

Re: x306 Sata HostRaid can´t find partition

No, not a new install!
It was a crashed server!
Netware 6.5 Sp6.

So if i use testdisk, i found partition table errors!

But if i correct it, i can´t see partrions under netware too.

Can i renew the partion table under netware?

Re: x306 Sata HostRaid can´t find partition

Hmm -- well first a key question -- what sort of data back up do you
have in place..

Sounds like there are severe errors here -- if you were to rewrite the
partition table, the pool is going to be gone.

You can use a product like Portlock Storage Manager to try to repair your
disk configuration:
