Create a Management Pack (MP) for Office365 Monitoring

Office 365 is a widely used service within Azure platform. It offers a Rest API to gather status and event data from tenants. A number of customers are asking for coverage togethr with BPM or Sitescope WebScript monitors which would be a good complement.

Request is to create a MP for Office365 monitoring.

It will be very helpful to get the Servicehealth status and other details from Message Center to proactively monitor and notify thorugh events in OMi.

To use JSON data in BVD to show the overall Health of O365 and corresponding services.

Our company really would like to use Operations Bridge Manager (OMi) or Operations Connector to monitor O365 environment so we can have something in-house and not have to rely solely on Microsoft for monitoring our massive multi-tenant O365 environment.  So, for now we are looking into SolarWinds which does have a O365 monitor we can use.  I would really rather use Operations Bridge or OpsCx.
