Custome WMI counter monitoring in Adaptive threshold monitoring

HI Team ,

One of our customer using customer WMI counter  to fetch CPU utilization metric,

where we are customer is using below data source is   WMICPU_COUNTER,Object CPU And Metric WMI_GBL_CPU_TOTAL_UTIL,

Customer want WMI counter to be included in  Adaptive threshold  monitor ,in summary want to have Adaptive threshold monitored based on customer measurement metric (WMI).

submitting this ER to  included  WMI counter in Adaptive threshold monitoring

Hi Rajnish, is this about agent or agentless monitoring? I assume you are referring to agent measurement threshold policies?

Hi,

using Adaptive thresholding for WMI metrics is already possible today.

Just write the metrics into CODA and configure baselining as described here:

https://docs.microfocus.com/itom/Operations_Agent:12.10/user_guide/baselining_of_metrics

Please clarify your request in case this does not address your use-case.
