The Dynamic Docker Monitor in SiteScope can be configured to  monitor  Docker-Swarm and Kubernetes Clusters. Further Kubernetes cluster can be monitored configuring either with Heapster, Prometheus API endpoints.

Currently this monitor can be configured with cluster end points that are authenticated only through certificates.  If these endpoints require a token based authentication, there is no way  to configure such end points and create the monitor. This is a limitation of Dynamic Docker Monitor.

The idea is to enhance Dynamic Docker monitor to be able to configure all endpoints that require token based authentication.

We also need dynamic token based authentication, not only "static" token.
