Using the operations agent v12.xx if IPv6 is disabled on a system/environment, the transactions will not be recorded when raising an ARM calls. Since our network is IPV4 and our servers are hardened to CIS guidelines this means we have to disable IPV6, meaning we can no longer make the alarm calls we currently do on older HP-UX Operations Agents. This has unfortunately become quite urgent as it is now holding up a migration project and has sat within support for nearly 4 months
Is it possible to get this issue escalated as per advice from Micro Focus support as this is a migrating project matter and we're need a solution at the earliest possible opportunity.
