local client automatically open SiteScope GUI as homepage

When we open local client, the homepage will be blank until we manually click or enter the access URL of SiteScope.
The customer wants some setting or method to make local client automatically display some specific access URL of SiteScope when open it

As long as it's still possible to pick a different SiteScope server to connect to from the drop down list, this sounds good.

Its better to have a same kind of local client settings as we have for UCMDB where can save multiple connections.
