There must have been an installation of SHR BO on this system previously.
As part of the SHR BusinessObjects installation, the user SHRBOADMIN is created. This user is used to govern the BO services and files.
Since the installation script assumes that this user does not exist, it is failing when trying to created the requisite user.
You should remove the existing user SHRBOADMIN before attempting to install again.

You would use your linux administration commands to remove the user: userdel, most typically.
