I found a solution but it worked very drastic, if someone has the same problem
here can do the same:

  • before backup file check for this update

                    / opt / OV / OMU / AdminUI / AdminUI reload / tmp / save_ <timestamp>. zip

While you still have Administration UI 9.x installed execute:

# /opt/OV/OMU/adminUI/adminui save

  1. Copy the file /opt/OV/OMU/adminUI/save_<timestamp>.zip  to some save location outside /opt/OV/OMU/adminUI for example to /tmp
  2. Uninstall Administration UI 9.0.x
  3. Make sure to remove all files and folders inside /opt/OV/OMU/adminUI
    # cd /opt/OV/OMU/adminUI
    # rm -rf *
  4. Install Administration UI 9.1.0
  5. Login with the default loginname: admin  and the password: secret
Make sure this works and you have access to Administration UI
  6. Restore the old user data by executing the following command:
    # /opt/OV/OMU/adminUI/adminui reload /tmp/save_<timestamp>.zip

No restart of Administration UI is necessary. You can directly login again with your old users.
