All HPOV agent services are stopped after reinstallation
Hi,
We have OMU 09.11.100.
I have resintalled HPOV Agent on a Windows server 2k3 x86 but the services are not running after installation.
Below is the status of agent.

I am not able to access system.txt. It is saying access denied.

Hi Amrita,
Is the OS windows2k3 SP2? and what's the OV Agent version installed? Do you logon as Administrator to start up the agent?

Yes it is Microsoft(R) Windows(R) Server 2003, Standard Edition 5.2.3790 Service Pack 2.
OV agent version installed is 11.11.
Yes i have installed agent with admin rights on the server.

Are you logged on as an "Administrator" when you try to look at System.txt?
Are you using "notepad" or "wordpad" to look at it. Note wordpad will not work if the agent is running.
What is the "Start As" set to for the Agent Service?
