(BPM) Support Tip: BSM 9.x not allowing to set EPM to 24
It seems like there is problem that when user tries to set the recommended EPM (from the dynamic partitioning tool) it’s returning an error and is not letting customer set it as recommended.
From the information found, this happens when users try to set the values to 24 on the EPM for some SLA tables.
For some reason some of the SLA tables have a limit, and that limit is 23.
This is a bug on the tool that is already reported and will be fixed on future versions.
As workaround what you can do is to try using 23 for the EPM (instead of 24), this value should be accepted.
