Any idea what this error means?

} Snapshot Info [MSH 1 1] [MsgId: MERR-205177] -
This happens on 5 different BPM machines that have different BPM versions installed:
Version 9.22 Build 260
Version 9.24 Build 191
Vugen used is:
Version 11.52 Build 5113
BSM version is:
Version 9.24.091, Build 111
Above error was generated after "Generate Snapshot on Error" was selected for the script and the script was updated to BSM. Error takes up all the space on BSM Error Log as you can see in the attached file.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi Nokkave,
BPM 9.22 doesn't support replay of VuGen / LR 11.50 SP2 (= 11.52),
support for LR 11.52 Replay only has been added with BPM 9.23,
so first you need to make sure that you are running in a supported environment.
Also as per the BPM 9.22 release notes
The Snapshot on Error feature is not supported for the Ajax TruClient protocol
I found some known issues with Snapshot on Error and BPM 9.22, which got fixed in BPM 9.23.
If you plan to upgrade the instances running BPM 9.22 to a newer version to be in sync with LR 11.52,
you might first wanna try it with BPM 9.23
It seems that with TruClient with issues around the Snapshot on error functionality the error message always is that long and consumes a lot of space in the BSM Error log.

Hello Nokkave,
Looking at that MERR-205177, did you try to manually update the HPBSM\dat\protocols folder that contains the VuGen LRP files? It is mentioned in the below KM:
Andunder the BSM/BAC Manual Update Procedure of the bpm release notes guide.
Update the HP Business Availability Center 8.x or HP Business Service Management 9.x systems with which Business Process Monitor 9.24 communicates, as follows:
-Extract the ScriptRepositoryFilters.zip file into a temporary folder (use the Extract Here command).
-Copy the content of the temporary folder to the HPBAC\dat\protocols folder on the BAC 8.x machine, or to the <HPBSM root directory>\dat\protocols folder on the BSM 9.1 or 9.2 Gateway Server. Do not copy the ScriptRepositoryFilters directory itself.
-If prompted, overwrite any existing files.
- You do not need to restart the BAC/BSM system. Then upload the problematic script again to BSM and assign it to a profile.
Best Regards,
Rosen

Hi nokkave,
I know that you have the issue with BPM 9.22 and 9.24, as you wrote it that way 😉
My idea was to give it a try with BPM 9.23 on one of the BPM 9.22 system,
as BPM 9.23/9.24 are very different (code-wise) from 9.22.
But in the end it doesn't really m,atter, I think you need to open a support case so that R&D can have a look at it,
assuming that Rosen's suggestion doesn'T help.
