Jump to solution
Hi,

I have a big problem with BAC and BPM. I ceate a new BPM profile and when i want to start data collector, I have this :

You have exceeded your Transaction Monitor license for transactions monitors on assigned hosts.
License: 10
Currently used: 10
You tried to add: 1

I havent profile added and when I go to
Admin > Platform > License Managment

Business Process Monitor
Allowed transactions: 10
Running transactions: 0
Total transactions: 2

I dont know where is the problem.

Thanks

You can try synchronisation the licencing information

Open JBOSS console on:
http://:8080/web-console

Select System > jmxMbeans > Topaz > Monitoring Licensing Synchronizer Service

On the right-hand side of the GUI, go to the function
void synchronizeTopazLicensingData()

On the param value insert the value 1 and Click on invoke

Thanks..
