BPM instance health status is trying to attach. how i can resolve that issue. ?

Hi,

Are you trying to connect a BPM Probe to APM or BSM?  If so, try checking port connectivity between the two:

Check that you can connect to the BPM port - 2696 from the APM or BSM Gateway, and check that you can connect to the Gateway Web server from the BPM Probe (80 or 443 depending on if you're using HTTP or HTTPS on the Gateway)

Also, if this is a new installation of APM/BSM, check that you have created a Profile Database, and that you have the End User Management functions selected in Server Deployment.

Please share the software versions for BPM, APM/BSM and the OS type and versions for the affected servers and copy any specific error messages as this really important info.
