BSM 9.22 version Integration with SiteScope,UCMDB document required

Hi All,

Am a newbie to BSM stack .Can anyone provide pointers to get documents related to Integration of BSM along with Sitescope,UCMDB etc.. ?

I could find deployment and hardening steps in HP Self Solve Site.

But some detailed presentations or Documents specific to Integration will be of great help.

Thanks for your inputs in advance.

Regards,

Fruity

Hello Fruity,

We have asked to an IT service provider specialised in BSM tools in order to help us to deploy these tools. It helps us to save a lot of time and to have an environment suited to our needs. BSM tools are powerful and also, are difficult to self-deploy unless to spend a lot of time.

An IT service provider specialised in BSM tools can prepare specific documents for integration or maybe, in a first time, you can also ask to meet an HP commercial in order to have documents suited to your needs.

Hope it helps !

Regards,

  Christophe

Hi,

I have recently integrated  BSM 9.21 with SiS 11.10 and uCMDB 9.05.Integration with SIS is easy and with ucmdb is little bit complex.

Start with SIS. From BSM go to System management availabilty and create new integration point and provde the required credentail/information.It will work.
