BSM - Issues with scheduling reports

Jump to solution

Dear Experts,

We are currently using BSM 9.22 installed on Windows 2008.

I am currently having issues scheduling and emailing the reports from BSM.

Not sure what the issue is but is there a way I can confirm that the report was sent or what the issue is with sending the report?

What log files can I look at?

Any advice on this is very much appreciated.

Thanks,

Javier,

Thanks for the response.

After doing a little research and some testing, it seems like there is a bug in BSM 9.22.

Basically the report title cannot contain any spaces, so I filled the spaces with "_" and then it emailed the scheduled report.

Thankss,

Hello,

You can start from Topaz_all.ejb.log and follow HPBSM\log\Offline_engine\offline_engine_all.log as well.

Is this occurring for all scheduled reports or just some of them. There is a fix in the latest version of BSM 9.22 Intermediate Patch that fixes a problem when Report titles contain spaces.

Kind regards,

Javier
