Hello,

Could you confirm java version you are using?

Do you have load balancer/reverse proxy in the environment?

Java version is 7 update 60 (build 1.7.0_60-b19).

There is no LB or proxy. 1GW1DPS on a physical server.

Hi,

BSM 9.20 recommended Java is 6 update 31. Higher Java version will likely cause the display issues.

Please downgrade Java to 6 update 31 and try again.
