BSM Sam Monthly reports
Hello Experts,
Am trying to schedule the monthly SAM reports using Sitescope cross performance report. But when am getting the report for past month , am getting the report in the above format( attached snapshot):
I want single value for the whole month , somehow it is giving two values. For eg : If I am generating report for the feburary , it should give me the data as one value , can you please suggest How I can acheive that ?

Hi Ashish_Gupta,
sorry for moving your post to the SiteScope forum and then back here, I should have read the description in more detail.
Anyway, as per the screenshot you attached, the report looks like an Excel sheet with three rows:
header / measurement name
02/12/2018 14:05
03/12/2018 0:00
You state that you use "Past Month" for the report generation, so I tried the same on a test system (running BSM 9.25 IP1).
I used
View : Past Month, 1/1/18 12:00 AM - 2/1/18 12:00 AM, "Every : 4 weeks", View as Table
but as in your case, this results in two rows
Measurement Name 1/1/2018 12:00 PM 1/29/2018 12:00 AM
SIS_bac19/sov02bac19.eu.hpecorp.net/CPU/utilization 10.274691358024691 5.6674364896073905
I think this is caused by the way the report calculates the number of data points. For a human being it should be one single month, but for the report it would be something like 31 days, points every 7 days, = 28 days, and three remaining days which go into a new row.
I was able to generate a report with all data for one month in one row via
View : Quarter, 12/1/17 12:00 AM - 3/1/18 12:00 AM, "Every : 1 Month(s)", View as Table
Measurement Name 1/1/2018 12:00 AM 2/1/2018 12:00 AM
SIS_bac19/sov02bac19.eu.hpecorp.net/CPU/utilization 9.12087912087912 6.495658645497395
however I was unable to get data for one month, and force the report to generate one row only.
One option might be to check if you can get the expected results via Custom Query Builder.
Greetings
