(BSM) Support Tip: BPM 9.X BPM too much difference between transaction and TBD

Error showing on BPM logs, and preventing the sample to be reported:

08/03/2018 12:31:19 WARN  [SamplesHandlerThread (Site1)] [Trans_tJsonConverter] Invalid breakdown value. (no breakdown data will be reported) tbd value = 64 response time: 1146.9989999999998 Tx name: Transaction_name

 

 This can be fixed with a simple change, please proceed with this step:

 - Stop BPM - Open the file ProgramData\HP\BPM\config\topaz_data_server.cfg

- Change the value MaxBreakdownDiffFromResponseTime to 4500

- Start BPM.
