(BSM) Support Tip: BPM agent 9.30 failed to register to APM 9.30

BPM services starts successfully but when try to create a BPM instance, it fails to register with: Failed to Register

bpm_bsm_comm.log file:
02/02/2017 00:43:10 ERROR [DefaultQuartzScheduler_Worker-6] [AbstractBsmApi] Failed to register instance INSTANCE_NAME
java.lang.Exception: [registerAgent] Failed to register the agent. hostName=HOST_NAME The thrown message is: (java.lang.Exception) Failed to register BPM Agent. Agent Name: BPM_AGENT_NAME  - Invalid digital signature.

To fix this issue disable BPM Authentication from  BSM -> Admin -> Platform -> Infrastructure Settings  -> Foundations -> EUM Administration -> Disable BPM Authentication

I am facing this issue,

And whenever i access apm->admin->eum->settings 

It shows the error

FAILED TO GET CONGIUARATION FOR BPM AGENT SYSTEM ERROR OCCURED.

please can anyone guide me how to resolve this issue.

APM version :- 9.52

BPM version :- 9.52

It requires investigation in logs. Please submit support case.

A possible workaround is to disable BPM Authentication via APM Infrastructure Settings.
