(BSM) Support Tip: BSM 9.3x RTSM not starting after fresh install
All processes started, however ODB HAC process keeps on "Starting" state.
It seems like there are missing tables as seen on the error.log:
CDM_CITRIX_NETWORK_1 where INLINE_COMPOSITION_CMDB_ID is not null ], due to exception: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: [mercury][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
This is a known issue where RTSM gets corrupted if stopped before finishing configuring the first time:
The solution is to recreate the RTSM schema from the configuration wizard, start BSM and let ODB process to start for the first time before stoping BSM.
