(BSM) Support Tip: BSM 9.3x RUM loosing conection to RTSM

RUM Logs will show the following error:

(CMDBHelper.java:919) ERROR - com.hp.ucmdb.api.InvalidCredentialsException: Authentication failed

This is a know issue with BSM 9.30: KM02958294 

Basically the problem is a known issue with the JMX reset password tool.

Solution is to use the config wizard on BSM to reset the JMX password.
