(BSM) Support Tip: BSM 9.x Null pointer exception - Unable to edit e-mail recipients
Default e-mail notification template is deleted somehow and now we can't edit recipients, bsm can not send notification e-mails.
Recreate the recipients, more time comsuming but it will delete corrupted elements.
The template that got deleted was an Out of the box template, then you can try recreating this template by re-deploying the RTSM package "BSMAlerts.zip", this will recreate the templates.
You need to search each recipient on RTSM (ci type: alert_recipient) and relate it to a notification template (ci type: Notification_template). Customer needs to do this 1 by one but it is not guaranteed that it will fix the problem completely as we are not sure if there's something else that can be disconected.
