(BSM) Support Tip: BSM 9.x Post install error "Unsupported WebServer type found"

Post-install wizard does not run correctly. Thrown exception under the log:

Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: Unsupported WebServer type found                 at com.hp.bsm.foundation.core.postinstall.businesslogic.ConfigureWebServer.getWebServerType(ConfigureWebServer.java:497)                 at com.hp.bsm.foundation.core.postinstall.fm.LoadFromRSPFileTask.setParams(LoadFromRSPFileTask.java:105)                 at com.hp.bsm.foundation.core.postinstall.fm.LoadFromRSPFileTask.execute(LoadFromRSPFileTask.java:56)

 

The cause is due a missing section under <HPBSM>\conf\topzSetup.ini

[INSTALLED_SERVERS]

 

A copy of the correct setup can be taken from any other working BSM and replace ONLY this section. After this post install should run correctly.
