(BSM) Support Tip: Business Logic Engine Service Currently Unavailable when moving to secondary DPS

Business Logic Engine Service Currently Unavailable on certain gateways when moving to secondary DPS.

This can be cause because of the model synchronization.

Everytime you move the services from one DPS to another you need to restart the marble process once it starts on the destination DPS, so you will need to perform the following steps:

1. Move services to primary DPS.

2. Wait for everything to start, including all the marble processes.

3. Restart the marble processes:

-Go to the DPS Nanny jmx console http://<DPS>:11021/   -Click on Foundations:type=NannyManager  -Invoke java.lang.String showServiceInfoAsHTML  -On the result table, search for marble_supervisor (GL) and click on restart.

4. Wait until everything starts and allow some time (around 10 minutes) then close the BSM GUI and reopen it.

This is documented on the BSM installation guide under Reassigning Services with JMX Console.
