Is there a way to export the entire set of Windows server and SQL SPI messages that are available, including the recommended thresholds, etc. for each into Text or Excel format?

Export a policy with ovpmutil cfg pol dnl ...... Then run this command against the downloaded policy file:
ovpmutil pcv /x
It will create a.data file with a text output of the policy

You can start with the ovpmutil command.
ovpmutil cfg pol dnl will download policies. Check the help for more info not sure on how to download to excel or text.
