Error integrate OMW v 9.0 and NNMi v. 9.2

Hello!
How I can integrate OMW v 9.0 and NNMi v. 9.2 with way: web services implementation?
When I try it, an error:
"Error:
Unable connect to remote HPOM host. Please check host, port and credentials."

Firewalls - turn off.
Accaunts - have administrator privileges on the OMW and NNMi.
Servers in the same domain and in the same network.
UAC - turn off.
Operation System - MS Windows server 2008 r2.
