Events not appearing, post restart, after ~8H outage...

We are running BSM 9.23 connected to an Oracle DB.

 

We had an outage of about 8H today.  After restarting the DB, then DPS, then 3 GateWays we are still not seeing new events coming into BSM.

 

The systems all show started in the status window.  We can log into BSM again.  We just don't seems to see any message flow.  I would think that after the 8 H there would be a back log from our ~40 SIS boxes and our ~100 BPM POPs.  

 

Any suggesitons on what to check to see why new data doesn't seem to be flowing in?
