Glance to PC or ilo

Have glance installed on our rx6600's, started, or tried to, glance up in putty and on the ilo terminal, tells me 'Glance Fatal error' unable to initialize terminal, ansi is not a supported terminal. Putty and the ilo are both VT100 from the settings I see. What do I need to do.

Check your TERM environment variable: it might be set incorrectly.

(I've seen this a few times: if logging on as a non-root user on the system console, the terminal type detection may fail and the TERM variable might be assigned to value like "unknown" or perhaps "ansi". If logging on as root, the value is correct. I haven't investigated the root cause yet.)

If your PuTTY is set to vt100 mode, just run "export TERM=vt100" and try Glance again.
