HP SiteScope - Solaris Zones monitor does not work properly in templates

Dear Experts,

We are currently using SiteScope 11.23 installed on RHEL.

When I am trying to deploy the "Solaris Zones" monitor through a template, for some reason it does not work. It comes back with "no data".

I even first create the "Solaris Zones" monitor then "copy to template" then redeploy the copied template, and for some reason, the monitor returns "no data"

Not sure if this is a bug or if something is wrong with my SiteScope.

Any advice on how to resolve this is very much appreciated.

Hello RYU123,

Hope you are doing fine,

Before deploying the template, is a single Solaris Zone monitor working fine?

Please try to reproduce the issue several times, then go to <SiSHome>/logs/error.log

Verify the last entries,

Share the error message if you found somehting in there,

Let me know how it goes,
