HPE OBR Content Designer is not working

I have tried uninstalling and installing the OBR Content Designer but I am receiving the below error message in Content Workspace tab

Loading content workspace... 

Please advice on how to resolve it

Can you please remove the contents inside CDE workspace and try refreshing the UI.

I saw that in the FAQ guide also but I am unsure what exactly needs to be removed from there. Which folder needs to be remove or which file needs to be removed?
