HPOMW FwdMsgAsEMail policy send email for multiple node using single policy.

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to send email notification from HPOMW.

NNm is integrated with HPOMW 9.0, we eceive all the alerts from nnm (node down, interface down etc,,)

In hpomw we created one node group name corelink, and under corelink node group we added 15 corelink router as new node.

Alerts are coming respective to the nodes added for core link router for ex. router1, router2, etc...

We have created two fwdmsgasemail policy (interface down & node down).

We need to configure fwdmsgasemail policy for these 15 core link router in single policy if possible so we can receive email notification for same.

Can you please guide how can we achieve the same.

Please find the screenshot of the policy configured for one router as we received the email for same. But if we add other router name in targetinstance.object seperate with "|" sign, email are not getting triggered for any router.

Regards,

Bharat

Hi Bharat,

The "specific value to compare" field can only handle one value, using this operatorin this policy is not supported.

Our recomendation is to make a separate rule, with the same conditions except the name, for each router.
