Hi,

1. I am going to refer you to the complete documentation to configure Perl Script Policies manually. You should review the overview of data collection and processing using Perl scripts and how to Collect Data from Perl Scripts. Please enter to this link: https://docs.microfocus.com/itom/Operations_Bridge_Manager:2018.05.001/OMi/AdminGuide/Monitoring/PolicyTemplates/om_uc_pt_perl_script

2. Each Perl script can be either dynamically loaded from an external location or embedded in the policy.

During the execution of the script, the agent initializes an embedded Perl interpreter (the Operations Agent Perl runtime), and passes all provided parameters to the Perl subroutine. The subroutine then collects and processes the data. Perl scripts cannot be executed in parallel.

Regards.
