How to limit the number of CollectionAudit csv files in $PMDB_HOME/extract/extract_audit

I see the CollectionAudit csv file is created once every hour and the number of files exist more than one year ago.

Can I delete them and update a configuration file to specify the total number of files to keep?

Hi,

You can use the Aging page to reduce the retention time of the data stored in the OBR database tables.You can specifiy the period for which OBR retains the data in the tables.

Please go through the OBR Admin guide Chapter 29 you will find the exact solution.

Thanks for your attention. 

The files that I am referreing reside on the server and not in the database.  In this case aging does not apply.

I have opened a case with HP and they say there is no configuration option for this.  I can remove manually remove the files.
