Issue with seeing SIS JMX monitor metrics in PMi or PM

We have some JMX monitors setup that appear to be working correctly.  Events work correctly and I can see the metrics when I do a ovcodautil -dumpds (example below).

Problem is the fact that I can't see the metrics in PM or PMi.

- In PM I see other metrics for the target from SIS monitors (Ping, Files System and Service ).  I do not see the JMX metrics when I attempt to create a graph.

- Just for the heck of it I tried PMi and no joy there either.  I only see the ping metrics.

Is there something different about the JMX metrics?  Does the fact that we are looking at instances anything to do with it?

Here is an example of what we see when doing a ovcodautil -dumpds AGENTLESS
