KVM server connection is failed

vPV 2.10 version. There are 4 KVM servers, but Connection to one of the KVM is failed.

Failed host:

[root@sgk-uoc-vpv-01 ~]# pvconfig -testtarget  -type KVM -target -u openstack_admin -p ******
For type KVM, trying to automate ssh.'s password:
Connection to Successful

Correct host
[root@sgk-uoc-vpv-01 ~]# pvconfig -testtarget  -type KVM -target -u openstack_admin -p *******
For type KVM, trying to automate ssh.
Connection to Successful

In the above case where to find automation script to fix the problem?

Hi Smita,

Sometimes the certificate exchange doesn't happen properly during the automation process, due to which it prompts for the password. You can try deleting the certificate corresponding to the vPV server on the KVM hypervisor from the ssh authorised keys and then doing a test connection.

For your information, the automation script is located at /opt/OV/lbin/PV/automate_ssh.exp.

Hope this helps
