Missing SISPI data source

Hello all.

We are using HPOMW 9 to monitor many AIX 7 servers.

We have one AIX 7 server that does not have SISPI listed as a configured data source and we can't figure out why.

All the appropriate SI instrumentation and policies seem to be loaded on this server.

Below shows what we are seeing.

Any suggestions on how to get the SISPI to show up as a data source?

Hello.

Thanks for the response.

Unfortunately that made no difference - redeploying the SI instrumentation.

Is there a way to manually run the SI discovery from the command line on a AIX host?

Perhaps the SI discovery isn't running correctly?

 

Just a thought.

 

Any other suggestions to fix the missing SISPI data source are welcome.

curious about reading CISPI as DATASOURCE besides CODA and SCOPE
BUT ovcodautil request SISPI   ....is this no issue but spelling? "SIERRA-CHARLIE-Discrepancy"?
