Mount Point check in SHR

Hi

 

I have been trying to install SHR 9.40. It is taking to much long time for Mount point check. Can anyone tell me reason for this?

 

It is there at that point from last 1 hour.

 

Even log file says "Checking the Mount Point"

Still the status is same. It is stuck from 3 hours at Mount point check. It checks whether SHR installer is triggered from Mount point. What does this statement mean?

One of the installation requirements is that the SHR installation is run from a local disk, not from an ISO mount.  

 

In addtion, SHR is hardcoded to load into /opt/HP.

 

I assume that the installer is looking for one or both of these items.
