NRT report node down interface not showing

Hi Experts ,

                          We have OVPi 5.4 in WIN 2003 server. We have 1700 nodes . Our NRT interface report will list nodes only if its up , if node is down from last few days it will not it .So count will be varying . How can i make the report to show nodes eventhough its down ? Plz suggest steps to be take at report builder .

Hi,

By default the PI NRT query doesn't list the nodes whose interface utilization is less than zero.

Hence you need to modify the query using the builder.

Before trying out in the builder, try in Viewer as it doesn't make permanent change.

Apart from this you need to increase the row count as well.
