Need verification for ping down alerts on HP OMW console
Can you please let us know any kind of verification which we can prove to end users/customers/applications owners of servers when we receive node down alert on HP OMW console through heratbeat polling.
We have configued standard configurations in our environment as per suggestions.
However, many a times we don't have any answer when the node comes up in less than 5 mins and nothing comes up in network/agent logs of those servers.
Kindly help us in resolving these ping/node down issues with HP OMW console.
