OA agent 12.04 does not collect SCOPE NETIF metrics

Hello

OA agent 12.04 on Linux 7.x

We had installed the license for performance collection component and enabled performance collection for all parameters in parm file by enabling device=all

After restarting ovpa, still I am seeing following,

Empty instance list for SCOPE:FILESYSTEM
Empty instance list for SCOPE:DISK
Empty instance list for SCOPE:NETIF
Empty instance list for SCOPE:CPU
Empty instance list for SCOPE:CORE

How to solve this.

check if m4 is installed. without this metric collection fails. a yum install  m4 will do the job.
