OBM agent Granted status showing in OBM console

Hi Folk,

We are using OBM 2018.11 & agent is 12.11 for windows  server. while are deploying agent on windows box but getting delay certificate status is Granted, 

Port are opened & telneting 383 both site with pingning IP with host name.

Please suggesst what is issue & how to resole this issue.

Hi,

Can you please execute below commands on Windows node and share .

ovcert  -list

ovcert -check

ovcoreid

bbcutil -ping <Managementserver name>

Please check the below on both gateway server and share

bbcutil -ping <Management node server name>

Hi,

Check the ovcm -listpending on Certificate server (DPS server)and if it is showing pending ,grant it using ovcm grant <reqid>

If it is not succesful ,try to remove the CERT_INSTALLED line using ovconfchg -edit on Managed node.Then try to regenerate the certificate using ovcert -certreq command.Then check the status of certificate in OMI Certificate request

If any of the above steps are not useful,try to add the Managed node server hostname with Ip address in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts.txt of all the DPS and GW servers .And add the host names of (GWs,DPS) with IP address in the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts.txt  of Managed node and post which try to regenerate certificate and check
