OBM2020.10 Policy default option not present

Hi Team,

We have OBM 2020.10 installed on Windows Server.

Policy handling in OBM 2020.10 is very difficult. Basic function which are present in earlier version is not present in this version .

I need to customize policy event by adding OM attribute like application ,object which helps me to create ticket to proper assignment group in ticketing tool.

Can Someone help please . Its urgent one.

Welcome to the boat!

This usability is there but hidden behind similar looking symbols. so you need to find out.

I personally revommend to be very carefull editing existing polices with the HTML5 editors, i find issues on every thing i touch there. totally annoying.

anyway, you can go to idea exchange, there is a already a topic about the usability of the new Policy Editors.

in mean time  i recommend to install IP1 patch in hope that some issues are fixed:
