OBR || Domain Name not visible while adding Generic Database

Jump to solution

Hi Experts,

Environment: OBR 10.21

Background:

We have already Network CP (NonRTSM) installed. Customer needs to collect additional metrics and have developed Custom CP (NetworkNPSDomain) which connects to NPS database to collect those custom metrics.

This Custom CP has been compiled and installed successfullyCapture.PNG

Issue:

Now while configuring the New Generic Database under Data Source Configuration, if I select SybaseIQ I see only one Domain Network_Core, and I’m expecting “NetworkNPSDomain” as well there..

Capture.PNG.jpg

Please suggest if I’m missing anything here or any pointers?

In DB Collection Policy XML, please ensure type is 'generic' and the dbtype is 'SYBASEIQ'

it was supposed to be:
<query type="generic" name="NPS" dbtype="SYBASEIQ">
and i wrote it as :
<query type="NPS" name="generic" dbtype="SYBASEIQ">
